Churned More

We popped into Churned again. Surprise! (Riiight)

Day 334/365

With newer flavors added, we have yet to try all the flavors. Today, we indulged in a double scoop ($4.75) of:
- peanut butter and jelly
- carrot cake with cream cheese
- grapefruit sorbet with lime
- maple bacon

Ice cream flavors thus far have been like Willy Wonka meals in a bite. PB&J made me chuckle (a good thing). Any kid knows that ice cream + PB&J = win.  For carrot cake, the spices were just enough but not overwhelming, and the cream cheese bits were delicious. Grapefruit sorbet was like spooning sweetened grapefruit -- dry and pleasantly bitter. Maple bacon will make any bacon aficionado proud. We're talking bites of bacon, not specks, or pondering whether Bac-Os were utilized.

Churned has made the prospect of eating without teeth quite enjoyable!  The waistline may protest soon, however.
