It's Happy Hour (Day) at A Cookie and a Cupcake. The special today is the Beer and Pretzels cupcake -- chocolate dipped pretzel and Guinness buttercream with pretzel bits over and within a rich, moist chocolate cake. It was a delicious way to wind down the day.
