Pistachio Honey

Uh no, this pistachio and honey pint was not devoured in one sitting. However, I feel a wee bit guilty since we bought this (one of two, the other was wildberry and lavender) on Monday and it was two-thirds full when I grabbed it from the freezer this afternoon.

Jeni's ice cream flavors we have tried have been luxuriant -- smooth, thick, and creamy. The ingredients for the pistachio and honey are very simple: milk, cream, sugar, roasted pistachios, honey, natural almond flavor, sea salt, and tapioca starch. Simple = elegant.
