It seemed like everyone had to drag themselves to work today. I stayed indoors trying unsuccessfully to hide from the humidity and heat. Our place was around 100 °F, hotter and more humid than it was outside since we don't have a cross-breeze, which sapped all will. Others were probably recovering from heat stroke or a hangover by the look on their face or gait. Perhaps some were recovering from all of the above.
