Crust


Crust Chorizo Spanakopita
By the slice

We walked in during the soft opening at Crust in Tremont. Various slices were available, including pepporoni, Spanish chorizo (shown, left), and spanakopita (shown, right) pizzas. The crust is thick, which is not my preference, and toppings too profuse to support the weight. However, I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce. The pizza crust needs a bit more work. Once that is perfected, they'll be a fine alternative in this neighborhood.
