Tea Pea
Hungry for some ramen, I cooked up some green tea soba. While the pea shoots and snow peas from our Fresh Fork Market bag were simmering in my favorite instant matsutake flavored broth, I grated some ginger. Red peppers were thrown in at the end. Add a raw egg and a few dashes of shichimi togarashi, 20 minutes later, breakfast is served.
